Optional arbitration: If not resolved informally, either party may elect to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the Romanian Court of International Commercial Arbitration (or another mutually agreed arbitral institution). The seat of arbitration shall be Timisoara, the proceedings shall be in English or Romanian, and the arbitral award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Severability; Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. My failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
